   Home Communities

We are committed to providing the opportunity to connect lives into authentic community.  We encourage this by hosting a number of home communities throughout the week.  Our groups are open to anyone jumping in at any time, and all are diverse in age and life stage.

Although each Home Community has the same basic structure and work out of the Values of Southgate Chapel, they all have their own unique flavor. Most weeks there will be a group discussion based on the Sunday message of the previous Sunday, but on any given night you may find yourself in a group discussion, a night devoted to prayer, a night of serving the community, a night of playing with kids, or a night of ?.

Contact a leader on "the homes" page, ask lots of questions, and check them out for yourself. We can't wait to meet you.

Home Communities are designed to be a place where believers in Christ can encourage one another in the faith and spur one another on toward maturity, as well as a place where those interested in who Christ is can come and experience His love and grace through community. Home Communities are a place where the values of Southgate Chapel can be lived out in a safe and thriving environment. They are where “one-another” ministry takes place.

Each believer is a part of the Body of Christ as seen in Romans 12, and it is through relationship that the Body is healthy and strengthened to grow and be a light to the world around us. Our ultimate desire is to challenge those within our church to learn truth about God, to know Him, and to live a life of faith.

     Men's & Women's Communities

It is important for men and women to come together in community. Our hope is that our men's and women's communities will be places of saftety, openness, truth, prayer, and fun. These groups meet throughout the week.
