In Psalm 145 David declares that one generation will

commend your works to another; they will…

tell of your mighty acts.
speak of the glorious splendor of your majesty

tell of the power of your awesome works

celebrate your abundant goodness
joyfully sing of your righteousness.

There are so many opportunities in front of us in these next two weeks… times when family is gathered… time when school is out… time for one generation to increasingly take seriously the roles they have to tell, speak, celebrate and sing of the majesty, power, goodness and righteousness of God.

God has extended His hand to us and now He asks us to be a people who extend our hand to others.

Go for it…
open your mouth…
create opportunities…

Remind us Lord of the privilege and responsibility we have to declare Your working in our lives.

We praise You for breaking into history… now make us into a people who tell Your story!
